HuffPost columnist: Why I Don’t Read Books by Men

reading_women

A friend alerted me to this column by HuffPost contributor Anna Szymanski, in which she explains why she has given up on reading books by men. I thought readers of my blog would find her viewpoint of interest. Although my blog is dedicated to literary fiction by women, I still read books by men. (I have noticed that I am reading fewer than I used to read, though, since I am always thinking of relevant content for my blog.)  I do share Szymanski’s distaste for the overrated  work of Jonathan Franzen.
